10 stars!! I turned up at 8.30 without an appointment with a serious misfire. Having checked the car, Richard immediately got on the phone to order parts advising supplier that they were needed urgently as lady was stranded. Parts arrived in an hour, car fixed. Back on road in less than 2 hours! ! Excellent service, as always - which is why I've been going there for over 20 years even after I moved out of Calne!!

Rip-off merchants. I had quite a bit of work done on my car which I scheduled it in for however they replaced my wiper blades without notifying me and charge 37 to replace the front wipers (and 33 for the part). It's a 2 minute job (clip on, clip off)!! Disgusting to charge half an hour's labour to replace wiper blades without notifying me first.
Absolutely amazing service we had. Thanks to Richard who spent alot of time on the phone trying to get my son's warranty sorted, so we did not have pay for all the cost. Amazing and genuine garage. If we didn't live in Wales we would definitely use them again. Thank you again for your determination to help us, when we thought all was lost.
