This dentist is one of the best I have been to! The staff are all kind, attentive and the work that is done is always to a high standard.They keep on track with their appointment times and the Receptionist is always great at letting the patients know of any updates.Highly recommend!
While I understand it can be frustrating with making appointment generally everyone there had tried very hard to help me and the dentist have been lovely and work done has been far superior than to my previous experience.
Shocking organisation here. Never send reminders for annual appointments. Then when you call and chase they dont call back to book you in. Obviously dont want the custom.
Next time you remove someone from your system for missing an appointment even though that wasnt the case, try notifying people in writing or email or phone call. Worst dentist ever, stay away, well away.
Staff all friendly and helping & happy with the treatment carried out. Overall very happy patient.
