I contacted Harry shortly before Christmas requesting a quote for several fairly minor electrical jobs. This has been completed as of today, and I want to say what an absolute pleasure it has been dealing with the company.From the first point of contact (the only company out of 5 I rang who had a human being answer the phone) with Gill and Moira (who are both delightful), to Harry coming around to look and quote, to Jack and Shaun undertaking the final works the entire journey has been wonderful.The entire team is very professional, yet friendly and approachable. As mentioned, Jack and Shaun (who arrived exactly on time at 8am) came in (and immediately took their boots off without being asked!) And got straight on with the works. No messing around, they stopped briefly to have a cup of tea but other than that, they were hard at it. They even hoovered up afterwards. Fixed my underfloor heating with a minimum of fuss, just when the weather was turning. Made a special effort to find obscure parts on the day so that I didn't have to have further time off work. Will be my fist call if I need more work doing in the future.
This is the second time I've used Harry and his team. First time was to replace my consumer unit and install new electrics in my new kitchen. Harry provided great advice and provided solutions so I had a clean look without the clutter of fused switches for the various fixed appliances. A great finish without too much hassle as you would expect when carrying out this type of work. Being very pleased with his previous work, I had no hesitation in getting Harry back in to install new LED spots, additional socket outlets and media points in the living room. Again, his advice and experience shone through and I ended up with a fantastic result. Despite the required chasing and expected dust I hardly knew it had done! Great service and a great team to back him. I have no hesitation in recommending Harry to others and would definitely have him back for future work.
