Have been working with LPB Fitness for several months now, not a major fan of the gym but a need to get in shape necessitated, so I employed the services of Luke.From the start he has kept me focused on my goals by keeping it interesting and enjoyable also his knowledge of his field is exceptional.Nearly a stone lighter and in great shape I can thoroughly recommend LPB.
