Angie and Simon were very friendly and approachable throughout the full sale of our property. They have a wealth of knowledge which was really helpful during the sale and when the chain fell through and we had to start all over again. The only thing I would have changed about the process is that we often had to call for updates. Even if no movement was being made it would be good to have regular courtesy calls to ease our worry and active minds. All in all, would recommend for aa sal or purchase and thank all the staff at Your Move for your support along the way. We love our new home!

The customer service we received from Yourmove, Calne was appalling to say the least! The whole moving situation is stressful enough but to have staff delay the move on our moving day because they hadn't done the correct home checks, not having the paperwork sorted AND losing our deposit is a disgrace! They also added insult to injury by telling us that a thorough clean of the property was completed before our move, including the carpets and cooker being professionally cleaned when in fact this was a bare face lie! After lodging numerous complaints we have found to get us nowhere, all we can do now is warn others not to use this awful company!
