Not the shop it was when it was in Church Street. Gone are the days of customer service.
Bit hard to find but when you do you'll love the place. Loads of choices. Management get a bit iffy if you are newbie or need a new part. Rc car lasted about 3 days until needed repairing, then every 5 minutes after. But that's the fun in these toys.
I had spent hundreds in this shop and had a problem with a small quad, the owner couldnt have been less interested. I was going to upgrade my radio gear but took my custom elsewhere ! Its a shame that Jan at Swindon model centre retired he was excellent, this guy ( Mark I think ) needs lessons in customer care !!
Got the bits I needed. Not a lot for aircraft but enough to keep you flying.
